Jonny Bryan

Jonny is the founder and Managing Director of Swanrose Developments, where he combines property expertise with strategic leadership experience gained across finance, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Jonny began his career in the property world, joining investment bank JP Morgan's real estate coverage team just as the Global Financial Crisis began unfolding. There, Jonny advised FTSE-listed companies across the office, retail, and industrial sectors, supporting them through complex equity raises and merger and acquisition transactions during one of the most challenging periods in market history.

After studying for his MBA at London Business School and Fuqua School of Business in the US, Jonny transitioned into senior leadership roles in the technology sector, including over a decade at Microsoft UK and Unit4, a Dutch-based private equity-owned software firm. These roles sharpened his operational and strategic management skills, capabilities that now underpin the success of his property ventures.

More recently, Jonny project-managed a significant refurbishment project on his family home, a 3-bed Tudor-style house that was completely gutted and extended with three major additions. This hands-on experience ignited Jonny’s passion for property development, inspiring the launch of Swanrose Developments. Alongside this, Jonny and his wife manage a growing property investment portfolio through their family investment company, Swanrose Property Group.

Jonny also contributes his expertise as a Board trustee for two impactful charities: The Money Charity and Action West London.
